2/3 c. oat and wild rice blend
1-1/3 c. water
1/2 lb. bacon
1 onion, chopped
4 c. milk
2 cans cream of potato soup
12 oz. shredded American cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, stir oat and rice blend into water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 40-45 minutes. Fry bacon and onion; drain. In large pan, combine all ingredients and heat until cheese melts. Do not boil.
