2/3 c. sugar
1/8 t. salt
1 T. butter
1 1/2 t. cornstarch
1 c. boiling water
1/2 t. nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt in saucepan. Add boiling water and cook 3 min. stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add butter and nutmeg. Serve warm apple dumplings or fruit puddings.
