1 large banana
1 T. lemon juice
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 T. heavy cream or evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Crush bananas and add lemon juice. Add cream and beat well with an electric mixer or rotary beater. Add confectioners sugar; beat until well blended.
