2 (3 oz) pkgs Ramen Noodles
1/4 c butter
1/2 c sliced almonds
1/4 c olive oil
2 T sugar
2 T white vinegar
1 1/2 t soy sauce
1/4 t salt
1 large cabbage-finely shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Break up noodles. Melt butter in large skillet--add noodles and almonds. Cook, stirring constantly--5 minutes or till toasted then remove from heat.
Whisk together olive oil and next 4 ingredients in large bowl. Add cabbage, tossing to coat. Sprinkle with toasted noodles and almonds just before serving.
