8 chicken pieces
1 c dry bread crumbs
1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
parsley flakes - til it looks good
1/2 c melted butter
1/2 tsp garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and parsley. Set aside. Stir garlic salt into melted butter. Dip chicken pieces into butter and then roll in the crumb mixture. Pour any remaining butter over chicken pieces. Bake 45 minutes - 1 hour, at 350, until chicken is fully cooked.

Boneless chicken pieces will cook quicker than most pieces that have bones.
