3 C cold cooked Rice
1 C small Shrimp
1 Egg (beaten)
3 Green Onions
1 stalk Celery
2 T Oil
1 Tsp Soy sauce
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat Wok for about 2 minutes on high, add oil and heat another 1 minute. Add vegetables and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Add rice, shrimp, and soy sauce and fry for another 2-3 minutes, until rice is warmed. At the bottom of Wok, create a well in rice, pour in egg. Scramble egg as it cooks, then mix egg with rice mixture. Add salt, pepper, and additional soy sauce to taste.
