Fruit Pizza Recipe

2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. butter and sugar
1 egg
1 t. soda and vanilla
1/2 t. salt
4 t. sour cream

1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
2 T. lemon juice
2 T. cornstarch

Mix ingredients for crust and chill for 1 hour. Divide in half and press into 2-12 1/4" pizza pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. Allow to cool. Mix together 8 oz. cream cheese and 8 oz. cool whip. Divide and spread on pizza crust. Form an edge to hold the glaze. Bring glaze ingredients to a boil. Cook and stir one min. until glaze clears. Let cool. Arrange fruit in pinwheel pattern, using your imagination. Suggested combination is: --Three pieces of kiwi in center
--Strawberries, cut in half
--sliced bananas
--sliced peaches
--sliced bananas
--strawberries, cut in half
Pour glaze over fruit, coating evenly. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
