8 sprigs of Fresh Mint
3/4 c. sugar
3.4 c. lemon juice
3 c. pineapple juice
3 c. ginger ale

Directions:
Directions:
Bruise mint leaves with a spoon; cover with sugar. Add lemon juice; let stand about 5 min. Add pineapple juice. Pour over ice in pitcher. Add ginger ale. Garnish with sprigs of mint.
