3-4 chicken breasts, parboiled to tender
1 cup uncooked white rice
1 stick Land O' Lakes light butter
1 can beef consomme'
1 can beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Pull chicken off bones and mix with all other ingredients in 8" round casserole dish. Cook covered for one hour at 375. Delish!
