4 large potatoes
1/2 c flour
1/2 c Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 c butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350║. Melt butter in a 9 x 13" pan in oven, set aside. Peel potatoes then cut into planks. Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a Ziplockę bag. Add potatoes to bag and shake to coat. Place potatoes into pan, turning gently to coat with butter. Bake 30 minutes then turn over. Bake another 30 minutes or until tender and golden brown.
