3 1/3 c. sifted flour
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. oil
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
2 c. canned pumpkin

Directions:
Directions:
Sift all dry ingredients into large bowl. Mix well in dry ingredients and add remaining items. Mix together until smooth (Portion into 3 loaf pans that have been greased and floured). I just use butter spray. Spray twice!

Bake for 1 hour at 350. Cool slightly in pans and turn onto racks to finish cooling. Wrap in foil and store in refrigerator or freezer.

I used mini muffin pan for 20 minutes.
