18 jalapeņo peppers
1 garlic clove - pressed
8 oz cream cheese - softened
1 c shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c mayonnaise
2 egg whites
1 Tbsp skim milk
3 c crushed corn flake cereal, crushed
Salsa
ranch dip

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°. Put on rubber or latex gloves. Cut each pepper in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and membranes .Press garlic. Add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and mayo mixing well. Fill each pepper with about 1 tablespoon mixture. Lightly whisk egg whites and milk, together. Finely crush cereal in sealed plastic bag. Dip each in egg white, then corn flakes to coat. Place pepper half on baking stone. Spray each pepper with vegetable oil. Bake 30 minutes or till peppers are tender. Serve with salsa or ranch dip.

You could also skip the coating and wrap each pepper in 1/2 slice raw bacon. Bake as directed.
