1 3/4 c flour
1 3/4 tsp baking powder
1 3/4 tsp salt
1 c whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 450. Mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a medium mixing bowl. Shake the whipping cream vigorously. Add to the flour mixture, stirring until a soft dough forms. Pat the dough 1/2 inch thick on a lightly floured surface. Cut with a 2 inch biscuit cutter. Arrange 1 inch apart on a lightly greased 11 x 17 inch baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately.

UNCLE RAY shared this recipe with us while we were staying at THE cabin in EAGLE NEST. He served them with some of GREATMA'S apple butter and WYVONNA'S fig preserves. YUM !
