Ingredients:

3 cups mashed cooked sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 eggs, well beaten
1/3 cup evaporated milk
cup melted butter

Mix & pour in a 3 qt. casserole. Sprinkle with topping.
Bake @ 350 Degrees for 25 30 min.

Topping:

1 Tbs. melted butter
cup Packed Brown Sugar
cup Flour
cup Chopped Pecans

I add granulated sugar and cinnamon to the top of mine.
