2 T. flour, 1/8 tsp. salt, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1 egg, 1 c. sour cream, 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 2 c. rhubarb

Topping: 1/3 c. sugar, 1/3 c. flour, 1 tsp. cinnamon, 1/4 c. soft butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all dry ingredients, add egg, sour cream, vanilla and rhubarb. After mixing all ingredients together pour into pie shell and bake at 400 for 15 minutes, then 350 for 1/2 hour.

Topping: Mix all ingredients together and sprinkle on top of pie and bake. Spread topping over pie with a knife when it starts to melt and bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
