1-1/2 lbs. Ground turkey breast
1 T. olive oil
1 T. Fresh lime juice
1 tsp. Season-All seasoning
2 T. Red peppers, finely chopped
2 T. Scallions, chopped
1 T. Cilantro, chopped
2 tsp. Jalapeño peppers, minced
1 tsp. Garlic, chopped
1/8 tsp. Kosher salt
4 lettuce leaves
4 Multi-grain hamburger buns or Kaiser rolls, toasted
1 Fresh avocado, sliced

4 slices red onion
Vegetable oil as needed

Preheat grill on medium-high heat; coat grill rack with vegetable oil. Combine ground turkey, olive oil, lime juice, Season-All seasoning, red peppers, scallions, cilantro, jalapeño, garlic and salt in large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly, but do not overmix. Form mixture into 4 patties. Place patties on grill rack, close grill. Grill burgers until no longer pink in center, about 5-6 minutes per side, or until a thermometer reads 165º. Remove burgers from grill. Place lettuce leaves and burgers on bottom half of each bun. Top each burger with avocado slices, 1 T. salsa and a slice of red onion. Close burgers and serve immediately.
