1 8oz. cool whip
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 butterscotch instant pudding mix
3 apples peeled and chopped
1/2 cup nuts(optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pudding and pineapple together. add rest of ingredients. This is very low fat if you use fat free ingredients and very good.
