Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and buttermilk to consistency that will allow you to work into balls of dough by hand, place on greased cookie sheet, set aside and rise a few minutes.

Bake at 500 for 5 minutes to 10 minutes until golden brown. You may want to butter the tops before baking.
