4 c. any chopped meat (roast beef, canned meat, pork, lamb bite size)
1 large onion, sliced thin
1 medium bell pepper, sliced thin
2 large tomatoes, chopped small
1/2 t. basil
1/4 t. oregano
1/8 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. parsley
2 c. rice

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion, bell pepper until tender in 4 T. margarine. Remove. Brown rice add other ingredients and 4 cups water. Cook on low heat until rice is tender.
