4 T. oil
1 1/2 lb. beef or pork, cubed
1/2 c. onion, diced
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. water with bouillon cube
3 T. corn starch
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Chinese brown gravy sauce
1 T. soy sauce
2 T. water, cold
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 can bean sprouts, drained, rinsed

Directions:
Directions:
In medium sauce pan; cook meat and onions in oil until seared, not browned. About 5 minutes. Stir constantly. Add celery and water with bouillon. Cover and simmer about 8 minutes. Combine the rest of the ingredients, add to meat and stir till boiling. Cover and rest to set seasonings. Serve on noodles or rice.

Ground meat or chicken is also good. Boil the chicken before adding to onions.
