Chili Cheese Biscuits Recipe

1 1/3 c. sifted flour
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. chili powder
1/4 t. salt
Cut in 1/3 c. margarine
Combine 1 egg 1/3 c. evaporated milk
add to dry ingredients. Knead 10 minutes.
Roll in to a 12 inch square. Sprinkle with 1 1/2 c. shredded cheese and 1 T. dried parsley. Roll up and cut into sight slices. Cook over Savory Meat ball Casserole.

Savory Meal Ball Casserole
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. Pet evaporated milk
2 T. chopped onions
1 t. chili powder
1/8 t. pepper.
Mix well and shape by tablespoon into meatball. Cover 10 minutes. Place in a 3 quart casserole dish.
1 can cream of mushroom soup mix
1 can cream of celery soup mix
1 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. water.
Heat until steaming. Pour over meat balls. Top with Biscuits. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes
