1/4c. melted butter
3 1/2-4 lb. chicken, cut up
1 env. Italian salad dressing mix
1-2 TB. dried oregano
2 TB. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, dressing mix, and lemon juice. Put chicken in 9X13 inch pan. Spoon butter mix over top. Cover and bake @350 for 45 minutes. Uncover, baste with drippings and top with oregano. Bake, uncovered, for 5-10 more minutes.

I've also used boneless-skinless chicken breasts, just shorten the cooking time, maybe 1/2 hour or so. Serve this with egg noodles, rice, or potatoes and with green beans.
