1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2/3 c. half & half
2 T. butter
1 1/2 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Put salt, half & half, sugar into 4 cup glass measuring cup, stir in melted butter. Place in microwave, set timer for 4 minutes. After 4 minutes, stir - set timer for 4 minutes, 35 seconds. After taking out, put in pecans & vanilla. Cool 1 minute, beat by hand, with large spoon for 3 minutes or until mixture starts to thicken. Drop by teaspoon onto wax paper.

I wrap each individually in plastic wrap to store.

*My microwave is new & hot: 8 power for 4 minutes
8 power for 4 minutes, 35 sec.

These are loved by all who are lucky enough for receive them!!
