unbaked 9" pie shell
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. dark syrup
pinch salt
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick oleo, melted
1/2 c. coconut
3/4 c. rolled oats, uncooked

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl; cream eggs and sugar. Add syrup, salt, milk, vanilla and oleo. Mix well. Add coconut and oats. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 F. for 50-60 minutes.
