2 heads cabbage (shredded)
1 small green pepper
1 small red pepper
1 small onion
carrots (amount desired)
add this dressing after its boiled and cooled
1 1/2 cups vinegar, 1 cup water, 2 cups sugar, boil until syrupy, 1 tsp celery seed , 1 tsp mustard seed .
will keep in refrigerator for many weeks.

I make the syrup and keep on hand in refrigerator then it is ready when I want some.
