Lean Ground Beef
1 Large Can of Campbell's cream of mushroom
1 can diced green chilie's with liquid
4 cups finely shredded cheddar/jack cheese
1 package of #10 10-inch flour tortillas
salt, pepper, and ground cumin to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, add salt,pepper and cumin to taste. Add 1 cup of cheese to meat mixture.
In a saucepan heat cream of mushroom soup and green chilies, just until warm. Heat tortillas over open flame on gas burner, or heat in a frying pan, just until soft and flexible. Pour small amount of soup mixture in bottom of 13-inch by 9-inch baking pan. Layer meat mixture down the middle of each tortilla and roll. Place seam side down in bottom of the pan. Pour the remaining soup mixture over the burritos, make sure and get in between each tortilla. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and heat at 375 degrees until cheese is melted.
