1 Round Steak (next 2 ingredients depend on the size of steak)
1/2-1 Sleeve Saltine Crackers
1-2 Eggs
1/4 C grease or Criscoİ

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into rectangular pieces about the size of a hamburger.Beat eggs in small bowl and set aside. In deep bowl, crush crackers. Heat shortening in med to lg frying pan. Dip both sides of steak pieces in eggs, then into cracker crumbs. Place steak in heated oil, and fry until coating is med to dark brown on both sides. Serving suggestion is with mashed potatoes and vegetable.
