SALAD
1 large head Napa Cabbage or Bok Choy
6 green onions
2 packages of Ramen noodles - flavor doesn't matter, you are only using the dry noodles
1/4 cup butter
slivered almonds
sesame seeds

DRESSING
1 cup canola oil
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and brown crushed noodles, almonds and sesame seeds. Mix with cabbage.

Put dressing on just before serving.
