2 c. blueberries
1 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Put blueberries and water into a large skillet. Stir in sugar. Cook berry mixture until it just starts to bubble. Lower heat. Mix flour, baking powder, nutmeg and salt in bowl. Stir in milk until dry particles are just moistened. Drop dough by spoonfuls (8) on top of simmering blueberries. Cover skillet and cook for 10-15 minutes or until dough is puffed.
