1 box white cake mix
1 - 3 oz. box strawberry jello
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. milk
4 eggs
1 c. frozen strawberries, with juice
1/2 c. pecans, chopped (optional)
1/2 c. coconut, packed
Frosting:
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 stick oleo
4 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. strawberries, drained
1/2 c. pecans, chopped (optional)
1/2 c. coconut, packed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix and jello in large bowl. Add oil and milk. Add eggs, one at a time and beat after each addition. Stir in strawberries, pecans, and coconut. Pour into 2 greased and floured round cake pans. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
For frosting; mix cream cheese and oleo; add sugar. Add strawberries, pecans, and coconut. Mix well and spread between layers and over cake.
