1/2 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 cup cocoa
3/4 flour (plain)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350║
Grease or spray with "Pamę" a 8 inch baking pan.
Cream shortening and sugar together. Add vanilla and eggs. Beat until light and fluffy.
Add cocoa and mix thoroughly.
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add to cocoa mixture and mix well.
Spread into baking pan and bake 25 minutes.
