9" pie crust 1 1/2 c shredded Swiss cheese 10 - 12 slices crisp bacon - crumbled 3 eggs 1 1/2 c heavy whipping cream - or - half & half 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp powdered mustard dash of cayenne pepper dash of nutmeg
Preheat oven to 375º. Sprinkle cheese into crust, then bacon. Hand beat eggs, whipping cream, salt, pepper, mustard, cayenne, and nutmeg. Pour over cheese and bacon. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and set.
