4 oz medium wide noodles
1 can cream of shrimp soup
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup diced celery
1/4 tsp salt
1 tblsp chopped onion (optional)
2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese, plus 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese for topping
3/4 to 1 lb uncooked, peeled deveined shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients together except for the 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Add 1/4 cup of shredded cheese and bake for 10 minutes more. This should be bubbling hot!
