1 cup tomato catsup
1 cup stock
1/2 cup vinegar
2 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. red pepper sauce (optional)
1/2 lemon, squeezed
5 tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat and pour over roast slices and bake in low oven (150-250) for 1 hour to 3 hours, according to the amount of meat.
