12 oz package of medium wide noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 cup cottage cheese (1/2 lb.)
1 - 8 oz cream cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tblsp melted butter



Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles according to package directions.
Brown ground beef in 1 tblsp of butter, drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce.

Using an electric mixer, mix together cottage cheese, cream cheese (softened) and sour cream.

In a 2 qt casserole (use an 8x13 pan), spread half of noodles in bottom of pan, cover with cheese mixture, cover the cheese mixture with the remaining noodles, pour on 1 tblsp of melted butter and top with meat mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. You may prepare ahead and refrigerate. If you do this, bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
