3 quarts popped corn
1 1/2 cup dry roasted cashews, peanuts, almonds
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Keep nuts and corn warm in the oven at 250. Butter side of 1 1/2 quart saucepan and combine sugar, honey, and syrup in pan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil hard for 2 minutes; remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Pour immediately over popcorn mixture and stir to coat well. Cool and break into bite-sized pieces. Makes 3 quarts.
