1 c Minute© rice
1 stick butter
2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli
1 medium onion - diced
8 oz CheezWhiz©
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare rice according to package directions. Saute onion in butter, stir in broccoli. Mix together the cheese and soups. Pour into the broccoli mixture. Combine with the rice and place in a Pam© sprayed pan. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake covered at 350º for 30 minutes.
