1 cup flour 1/4 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 1 1/4 cups milt 1 egg 1 Tbsp melted margarine
Mix flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients. Lightly butter 7-8" skillet over medium heat til bubbly. Pour 1/4 cup batter into skillet. Rotate skillet until film of batter covers bottom of skillet. Brown. Loosen edge with spatula. Stack crepes with wax paper between.
