3 c frozen corn
1/2 stick butter
1/8 tsp pepper
3 oz cream cheese
1/4 c milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 red bell pepper
1 can green chilies

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the corn, milk, butter, salt, pepper, and red bell pepper. Microwave for 5 minutes. Add cream cheese and green chilies; microwave 5 minutes more. Serve
