Microwave Peanut Patty’s

2 Cups Sugar
½ Cup Karo (White)
½ Cup Water
Little dash of salt

Put this in Microwave for 3 ½ min. (The bowl will be very hot)

Take Out an add:
3 to 4 cups Raw Peanuts
Put back in Microwave for 13 min.

Take out and add: (Remember bowl will be very hot)

1 Tbl. Vanilla
1 tsp. Red Food Coloring
¾ stick of Cream Cheese

Mix with mixer for 12-16 Min. just depending on weather it may take longer

Just keep mixing until it starts to stick to the sides of the bowl. Also, make sure
It’s firm enough to hold its shape. Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper. Let set then
