1 lb lean sausage
1 can Rotel© tomatoes and chilies
1 small can tomato sauce
1/2 c diced onion
1/2 c diced bell pepper ( * optional )
8 oz pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage with onion and bell pepper. In a large sauce pan cook pasta according to package directions, and drain. Drain any fat off of sausage. Stir in Rotel© and tomato sauce, then toss with pasta.
