1-10 oz. frozen peas (thawed) 4-hard boiled eggs (sliced) 1 lb. bacon (crumbled) crisp 1 small green pepper (finely chopped) 1 small onion or green scallions (chopped) 2 c. mayonnaise 1 c. or more grated cheddar cheese
Layer in order given in casserole dish or bowl, (glass one looks pretty-you can see all colors). Spread 2 c. mayonnaise (carefully) over all. Cover with Saran Wrap for 8-10 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Serve.
