1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
2 sticks of margarine
1 small can (2/3 c.) coconut
1 box powdered sugar
1 large package chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
2/3 c. paraffin wax

Directions:

Melt butter and mix with peanut butter, crumbs, coconut, and nuts. Add powdered sugar gradually to mix (may have to use hands for final mixing). Make into bite-sized balls and chill for 2-5 hours in fridge or 30 minutes in freezer.
Using a double boiler melt chocolate chips with paraffin wax, dip balls, and allow to set.
