2 lb very lean ground beef
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
1 tsp whole mustard seed
1 tsp Wrights Hickory Liquid Smoke©
2 1/2 tsp Mortons Tender Quick©

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients together and mix well. Refrigerate at least 12 hours. Using a jerky press, or a pastry bag fitted with a ribbon attachment, press out ropes / strips of jerky. You may need to add up to 1/4 c of water to make it spread easier. Bake at 180º in a food dehydrator for 6 - 8 hours, or until done.
