2 lbs bulk bratwurst
1 medium onion, diced
12 oz noodles, boiled and drained
1 lb sauerkraut, drained
2 -- 10 oz cans of cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup breadcrumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Brown bratwurst in skillet until fully cooked, but still juicy. Add onion and saute. In bowl, mix bratwurst and onion, noodles, sauerkraut, and mushroom soup. Place into greased 9x12" baking pan or 2 quart casserole dish. Top with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
