3 c shredded Monterey jack cheese
1 1/2 c shredded cheddar cheese
2 cans chopped green chilies
2 eggs
2 Tbsp milk
1 Tbsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the cheeses. Place 2 cups of the cheese mixture into a greased 8" square dish. Sprinkle with the green chilies, then the remaining cheese. In a small bowl, beat eggs; and milk and flour. Pour over the cheese and chilies. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until set. Cut into squares and serve warm.

Make this a meal by adding some cooked meat ( shredded chicken or ground beef would be good! )and serving with a salad.
