2 c. flour 4 c. milk 4 eggs 1 tsp. salt 1 T. oil 1 tsp. sugar 1/2 shredded apple
Blend all this stuff together. Use large frying pan. Melt butter, get pan hot, pour some batter, (1/2 a cup or so) into hot pan. Flip the pancake up in the air when top of the pancake is dry, and catch again (kids love watching that). Serve with butter and brown sugar, or butter and apple sauce or butter and powdered sugar or butter and syrup.
