1 c. cooked rice, rinsed in cold water and drained well
1/3 c. butter
garlic salt
1 can chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in skillet, add rice and cook over medium heat until butter is almost gone.
Place rice in a casserole dish, sprinkle with garlic salt. Pour broth over rice and bake at 345 covered for 45 minutes.
Fluff and then cook 10 more minutes.
