2 packages dry yeast
7-8 c. flour
1/4 c. warm water
2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 T. oleo

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl; combine sugar, oleo, boiling water and salt. Cool. In small bowl dissolve yeast in warm water, add to large bowl. Add 4 cups flour, mixing thoroughly. Add 3 or 4 more cups of flour. Knead on floured bread board, until firm dough. Cover and let rise. Punch down, grease hands, roll dough into balls, place in greased pans. Let rise about 2 hours, covered with a towel. Bake in 400 F. oven for 15-20 minutes.

You can use all the dough at one time or a little at a time. If you want to use some later; after dough rises once, punch down, place in greased bowl, cover with damp towel, store in refrigerator. When ready to use, take out, punch down, make into rolls, let rise 2 hours, bake as above.
