1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix with small amount of cold water in a saucepan; sugar and vinegar. Add 1 cup boiling water, mix well. Beat egg and add to mixture, cook until thickened.
